Alone, with your best friend or your partner- private Yoga gives you the unique opportunity to go deep into your yoga and meditation practice. Every class is a hundred percent focused on what you want to work on, on your conditions and preferences. The learning process is obviously a different one compared to the situation in a studio with 30 strangers around you.
Yoga is known for its innumerable benefits for body and mind but at the same time it can cause injuries of long duration through wrong alignment. This is more likely to happen to people starting with yoga and not getting the important information about the postures’ right alignment and adaption to their personal preconditions. One of the many pros of private lessons – as you have the teachers’ full attention, you can take advantage of assistance whenever needed.
